Accommodation conditions
Check in: between 15:00 and 20:00. The late check in is made available upon agreement. You will be charged an extra fee for a late check in.
Check out till 10:00. The late check out is made available upon agreement. You will be charged an extra fee for a late check out.
Pets are not allowed.
Non-smoking rooms - All rooms are non-smoking; smoking is allowed only on the balcony or terrace.
The price includes the following
studio apartment rent, energy consumption, bedding, towels, personal hygiene products
unlimited access to an outdoor hot tub
big garden with barbecue, trampoline, table tennis, children playground
Payments
The payment can only be made in cash in EUR.
Mandatory charges
Accomodation Tax: 1 €/person/night (Children under 10 are exempt from Accomodation Tax)
Refundable Deposit: 50 €/apartment
Exceeding maximum occupancy for a particular room shall be agreed upon with the hotel personnel.

Final Cleaning: 30 €/apartment.
Meals
The breakfast is served buffet-style with multiple Slovak, regional and local products, such as
butter from local sources, eggs, blueberry jam, honey directly from a Slovak beekeeper, selection of cheese
from Liptov and Orava, premium Slovak hams and sausages, seasonal fruits and vegetables, and also healthy
breakfast foods with yoghurt with live probiotic cultures, nuts, seeds, chia, goji and the like.
Adults - the breakfast price is 8€.
Children up to the age of 6 - the breakfast price is 5€.
The meals are offered directly at the ski slopes of Jasná resort, in the Chalet of Záhradky, where you can enjoy and taste our excellent Slovak specialities.
